RV Park Information

5 MPH speed limit for ALL vehicles throughout the park.
  • Please call 541-589-4479 for pull through site availability.
  • Propane fire pits are allowed but all wood or open Campfires are prohibited in the RV park.
  • Roadways must always be kept clear. Please park and set up only in your site.
  • All sewer hook-ups are required to be airtight. Elevated hose & connection adapter are DEQ required and shall be off the ground and drain to sewer. No leaking sewer lines or connections.
  • All sites are to be kept free of litter/trash, including cigarette and cigar butts. Garbage containers are provided in the center of the RV park. All garbage shall be bagged. (Please crush all boxes and plastic containers). Sites that need to be cleaned up will be charged a cleanup fee of $100.00.
  • Please do not erect any tents, canopies, screen rooms, or similar structures outside. Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags, cots, etc. as well as any kind of clothesline are not allowed outside.
  • Maintenance on and/or washing RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
  • Please note that some of our sites can be difficult to back into, please know your abilities at backing up as no owner/site manager of Quailridge will be allowed to do this for you.
  • Children must be supervised and use extreme caution when crossing or playing near any roads.
  • RV Park tenants and guests (short-term or long-term) are responsible for any and all damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets. Quail Ridge RV Park, its owner(s) and/or site manager are not responsible for injuries or damages, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicles.

Pet Policies

We are a pet-friendly park. All pets must be people friendly and pet friendly. If your pet is not friendly it is not allowed in the park. No exceptions.

  • Pets are required to be leashed except in pet play area.
  • Pets should be under direct supervision and never left outside unattended.
  • The pet relief area is conveniently located between sites #6 and #7 in the SW corner of the property. Here you will find a mixture of grass and graveled area for your pet. Poop bags and receptacles are located in the park. Please pick up after your pet. Subject to a $50.00 fee per incident if unable to clean up after pet. Do not use other parts of the park for pet relief.
  • Excessively barking dogs are not allowed and you may be asked to vacate.

Quiet Hours and Respect for Other Guests

 Established quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
  • No running of generators at ANY TIME
  • No excessively barking dogs at ANY TIME
  • Please respect your neighbors by not walking across other campers’ sites
  • No concessions or sales of any kind (garage sales) may be operated in the park area

Payment

  • No cash or checks accepted

Fees 

Full RV hook-ups, no tent camping available.

  • 30 AMP $45.00 per night plus lodging tax (1.5% state, 9% city) and a $3.00 processing fee per reservation
  • 30/50 AMP $50.00 per night plus lodging tax (1.5% state, 9% city) and a $3.00 processing fee per reservation
  • Discount RV space $225.00 per week plus lodging tax (1.5% state, 9% city) and a $3.00 processing fee per reservation
  • Discount RV space $750.00 per 30 night min (lease and background check required and must be approved before check-in)
  • Rental Trailers $900.00 per 30 night min (lease and background check required and must be approved before check-in) plus $150.00 cleaning fee per rental period.
  • Studio Apartments #13,14,15: $110.00 per night (3 night min) plus lodging tax (1.5% state, 9% city),$3.00 processing fee per reservation and $150.00 cleaning fee per rental period.
  • Discount Studio Apartments #13,14,15: $1,100.00 per 30 night min (lease and background check required and must be approved before check-in) plus $150.00 cleaning fee per rental period.
  • Studio Apartments #16 $115.00, per night (3 night min) plus lodging tax (1.5% state, 9% city),$3.00 processing fee per reservation and $150.00 cleaning fee per rental period.
  • Discount Studio Apartments #16 $1,200.00 per 30 night min (lease and background check required and must be approved before check-in) plus $150.00 cleaning fee per rental period.

Check-in and out

  • Check-in time is 1:00 PM
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM

Cancellations/Refunds

  • All cancellations prior to 72 hours of check in date will be refunded minus $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations after 72 hours of check in date will be charged one night stay.
  • No refunds for unused nights or early departures.
  • Late departures (after 11:00 AM) will be charged 1 night’s stay.
  • (see lease terms for stays longer than 30 days)

Management Reserves the Right

Management shall have the authority to remove from the RV park area anyone in violation of the above Rules & Regulations, as well as anyone undergoing criminal activities including but not limited to disorderly conduct or use of illegal drugs.

Management reserves the right to close any individual RV sites for maintenance. The entire RV park can be closed by management with a 14 day notice. All Park Tenants must leave at that time.

Management reserves the right to amend, revise, and add to these rules and regulations at any time.
