RV Park Information

General Policies

Reservation Information

5 MPH speed limit for ALL vehicles throughout the  park

  • Roadways must always be kept clear
  • Please do not erect any tents, canopies, screen rooms, or similar structures
  • Please park and set up ONLY in your assigned sites
  • All sewer hook-ups are required to be airtight. Elevated hose & connection adapter are DEQ required and shall be off the ground and drain to sewer. No leaking sewer lines or connections.
  • Campfires, open fires, and propane fires are prohibited in the RV park.
  • Children must be supervised and use extreme caution when crossing or playing near any roads.
  • Mail forwarding and package delivery- Sorry, we are unable to accept any mail or packages from any agencies, including USPS, UPS, and Federal Express.
  • No pull through sites are available. Please note that some of our sites can be difficult to back into, please know your abilities at backing up as no employee of Quail Ridge RV Park will be allowed to do this for you.

Pet Policies

We are a pet-friendly park.

  • Please pick up after your pet. Poop bags and receptacles are located in the park for your convenience.
  • The pet relief area is conveniently located bewteen sites 6 and 7 in the southwest corner of the property. Here you will find both grass and a graveled area for your pet.
  • Pets are required to be leashed except in pet play area.
  • Do not use other parts of the park for pet relief.
  • Pets should be under direct supervision and never left outside unattended.
  • Use of any type of pet enclosures, fences, stakes, or tie-out cables is prohibited.
  • Excessive barkers should never be left unattended.
 

Quiet Hours and Respect for Other Guests

 
  • Established quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • No running of generators at ANY TIME.
  • Please respect your neighbors by not walking across other campers’ sites.
  • No concessions or sales may be opreated in the park area.

Payment

  • Credit or Debit cards ONLY
  • No cash or checks accpeted
  • Reservations must be made here

Fees

Full RV hook-ups (30 & 50 AMP), no tent camping available.

  • $45 per night plus tax
  • $225 per week plus tax
  • $650 per month plus electric

Check-in and out

  • Check-in time is 1:00 PM
  • Check-out time is 10:00 AM

Cancellations, No-Shows, and Changes in Reservations

  • Cancellations completed within three days to arrival date will be charged a $15 fee. The remainder of the reservation will be refunded.
  • Cancellation of a reservation not prior to three days of reservation will be subject to a $45 fee, the equivalent of one night’s stay.
  • No shows and late arrivals will be charged full rate plus tax for the first night.
  • Unscheduled extentions to stay are subject to availability. 
  • Site requests are welcome, but requests for specific sites are not guaranteed.
  • No refunds will be issued for any un-stayed days of a reservation once customer has stayed one night.
  • We’re sorry, but there is NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
  • Late departures will be subject to be charged another night’s stay.

Park Cleanliness

  • Mutilation or removal of any park proerty will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law
  • All sites are to be kept free of litter/trash, including cigarette and cigar butts.
  • Garbage containers are provided in the center of the RV park. All garbage shall be bagged. (Please crush all boxes and plastic containers).
  • Sites that need to be cleaned up will be charged a cleanup fee or minimum $100.
  • If you leave your site a mess, you will not be welcomed back.

Management Reserves the Right

Management shall have the authority to remove from the RV park area anyone in violation of the above Rules & Regulations, as well as anyone undergoing criminal activities including but not limited to disorderly conduct or use of illegal drugs.

Management reserves the right to close any individual RV sites for maintenance. The entire RV park can be closed by management with a 14 day notice. All customers must leave at that time.

Management reserves the right to amend, revise, and add to these rules and regulations at any time.
