RV Park Rules

Payment

• Credit or Debit cards 
• No Cash or Checks accepted unless approved on a case-by-case basis with management
• Late fee of $50.00 will be charged for late payments (5 days past due) * see agreement (long-term stays of 30 nights or more)
• Recurring auto payments are required with a valid payment kept on file (long-term stays of 30 nights or more)

Fees

• Full RV Hookups (no tent camping available)
• 30 AMP: $45.00 per night plus lodging tax (1.5% = State, 9%=City) and booking fee
• 30/50 AMP: $50.00 per night plus lodging tax and booking fee
• Discount RV space: $225.00 per week plus lodging tax and booking fee
• Discount RV space: $750.00 per 30-night min (lease and background check required and must be approved before check-in)
• Rental Trailers: $900.00 per 30-night min (lease and background check required and must be approved before check-in), security deposit $900.00, and $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Seasonal availability April-October only. 
• Studio apartments #1, 2, 3: $110.00 per night (3-night min), lodging tax, and a $150.00 cleaning fee.
• Studio apartment #4: $115.00 per night (3-night min), lodging tax, and a $150.00 cleaning fee.
• Discount studio apartments #1,2,3: $1,100.00 per 30-night min (lease and background check required and must be approved before check-in), security deposit $1,100.00, and a $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
• Discount studio apartment #4: $1,200.00 per 30-night min (lease and background check required and must be approved before check-in), security deposit $1,200.00, and a $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.

Check-in and Out

• Check-in time for all sites is 1:00 PM.
• Check-out time for all sites is 11:00 AM.

RV Park Pet Policies 

• We are a pet-friendly park. All pets must be people-friendly and pet-friendly. If your pet is not friendly, it is not allowed in the park. No exceptions
• Pets must be leashed at all times except in the play area
• Pets should be kept under direct supervision and never left outside unattended  
• The pet relief area is conveniently located between RV spaces 6 and 7 in the SW corner of the property. Here you will find a mixture of grass and gravel for your pet. Please remember to clean up after your pet. Guests are subject to a $50.00 fee per incident and/or may be asked to leave the park if unable to clean up after their pet. Do not intentionally use other parts of the park for pet relief
• 2 pets maximum per RV space unless approved on a case-by-case basis by management
• Excessively barking dogs are not allowed, and you may be asked to vacate
• Pet owners are responsible for their pets and any damage they cause within the RV park. 

RV Park General Policies 

• 5 MHP speed limit for ALL vehicles throughout the RV Park
• Please call 541-589-4479 for pull-through site availability
• Propane fire pits are allowed, but all wood or open campfires are prohibited in the RV park
• Roadways must always be kept clear. Please park and set up only in your assigned site
• All sewer hook-ups are required to be airtight. Elevated hose & connection adapter are DEQ required and shall be off the ground and drain to sewer. No leaking sewer lines or connections.
• Please do not erect any tents, canopies, screen rooms, or similar structures. Blow-up mattresses, sleeping bags, and cots are not allowed outside. Clotheslines are not allowed
• Maintenance on RVs or vehicles, as well as washing RVs or vehicles on the property, is not allowed
• Please note that some of our sites can be difficult to back into, and please know your abilities at backing up, as no employee of Quail Ridge RV Park will be allowed to do this for you
• Children must be supervised and use extreme caution when crossing or playing near any roads
• RV Park tenants and guests (short-term or long-term) are responsible for all damages or injury caused by the tenant, guest, or pets. Quailridge, its owner(s), and/or site manager(s) are not responsible for any personal injuries or damages, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicles while at Quailridge RV Park
• 4 Adults per RV site unless otherwise authorized by park management     

Quiet Hours and Respect for Other Guests

• Established quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No running of generators at ANYTIME
• No excessively barking dogs at ANYTIME
• Please respect your neighbors by not walking across other campers’ sites
• No concessions or sales of any kind (garage sales) may be operated on the property 

      Park Cleanliness

• All sites are to be kept free of litter/trash, including cigarette and cigar butts. Garbage containers are provided in the center of the RV Park.  All household garbage shall be bagged. Please crush all boxes and plastic containers
• Sites that need to be cleaned up will be charged a $100.00 clean-up fee

Cancellations

• All cancellations before 72 hours of the check-in date will be refunded minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations after 72 hours of the check-in date will incur a one-night charge 
• No refunds for unused nights or early departures
• Late departures (after 11:00 AM) will incur a one-night charge
